Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA (including Norway), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. This right is provided under the Consumer Rights Directive and the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to touch@ghivexonprdrexex.world). You may use a model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Return of goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in resalable condition where possible.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened supplement bottles)
- Products that have been used or consumed
- Customised or personalised products
Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
Processing time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product and confirm it meets our return conditions. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to credit your account.
Data processing
We process your data in connection with returns as described in our Privacy Policy. Return-related data is retained for the period required for accounting and legal compliance.
